MM, it is just a matter of time before the housing sector gets whacked. There are so many developers out here in San Diego that have committed to huge 12 phase tract home developments. They are only in the 2nd and 3rd phases and already they are having to give massive discounts, rebates and upgrade credits. There are so many people building that it is going to end very badly for those buying houses here at the top.
