TG, Re: Just finished listening to the Q2 conference call. IMHO Overall neutral.

That's what I thought too after listening to the CC. The good news is that NVDA expects things to improve from Q2 although at a very modest pace. The bad news is that costs will be up due to increased R&D spending and Xbox revenue down (although that should increase gross margins). And NV30 is still a big question mark. I didn't like how it's role was downplayed by the CEO ... it's definitely late and ATI will have a good chance to take market share in the enthusiast and high-end market. It's also strange that he didn't answer questions about its current design status while Anand thinks that it taped out last week:

Based on earnings and revenue this stock is definitely undervalued. However, with the somewhat clouded outlook (NV30 delay, Microsoft arbitration, Xbox) I don't expect it to trade up much from here (unless the general market improved considerably). But if everything goes according to plan, the stock could be a good longtime play IMO.
