It's all in the balance sheet, as usual: biz.yahoo.com. You have to count both cash and short-term investments. I haven't investigated their long-term investments to see what they include (I will do that now).

I am not optimistic about RSTN or OCPI improving their business any time soon, but their cash hoards should make them worth more than a buck.

This is spec play bottom-fishing, not to be confused with true value investing. I would never make a value investment in companies with failing revenues like these.

Of course, others like MAXF have strong revenues and profits and the market couldn't care less. Fundies are thrown out the window in a bear market just like they were at the top of the bubble.
