I imagine the personal indiscretions of President Clinton will be deminimus in comparison to the gravity of the constitutional issues which required a pardon for the Secretary of Defense.

This is off topic for this thread so I'll leave it at this. Subversion of a judicial proceeding by a sitting President is neither a "personal indiscretion" nor a trifling matter....even if he had not been a lawyer......

Hi Rascal - I'd be perfectly happy to discuss the constitutional issue with you. If you can formulate a rational, persuasive argument that Weinberger or anyone else in the administration violated the constitution, have at it.
