AMD has no 0.09 wad because it does not have the resources, aka money, to develop a 0.09 process. Instead, it has chosen to rely on UMC, who has money but is weak in technology, for a 0.09 process.

You have an "error" here ... It is .13 micron and .09 micron. As some "architecture thingy"
