You don't think that Washington and Wall Street would have anything to do with making this a long and protracted approval process do you ? Nahhhhhh (ggg)

I think Wallstreet is searching for any opportunity to make business.
With investbanks abandonning complete lines of business, major brokerages on downgrade review by S&P due to poor activity, IMHO, they will jump on any gimmick that brings some money flow.
