Bush submitted boxes of documents. The market data did not support the charge. The facts developed by the SEC showed that the management was not aware that the loss would be as large as it was and the expected loss (which Bush was aware of) was perfectly consistent with the company's prior performance. I don't see that anything Bush could have added would have made a difference unless he confessed to wrongdoing which seems unlikely.......
