CYPB Is moving up today, after reporting the last Q results early this morning.<g> The loss was less than last year's. But an interesting item was that the Fresenius agreement was modified to clarify that the $8.0 million was not refundable under any circumstances and therefore, the entire $6.4 million that was the remaining deferred revenue as of Dec. 31, 2001 was recognized as revenue in the first quarter of 2002. At any rate, the stock is up more than 28% with the volume low, but slightly ahead of its daily average. Will see if the stock can finally close above $1.40 <g>(This will be at least the 5th try.)
