Still patron, we did set a record last month for number of refi app's. On another subject, the main thing that bothers me in this entire mess is the continuing outflows in MFs. I stayed away from the Dow and S&P, but I thought a new low was coming in tech. I still do, but confidence is obviously somewhat less here, particularly from a timing (i.e., not price) POV.
