That strikes me as a fair characterization of Armey and Buckley but surely you don't mean to include Scowcroft, Hagel, and Kissinger in that. Or do you? No, this article was just a grab-bag of all voices against, magnified by the Time's megaphone. I don't think they have the same concerns at all (esp. after being told that Kissinger's views were only partially represented), and I don't know how strong their concerns are. This is a tribute to the Time's biased reporting.
