Fred, in the Tech sector the longs are finally putting a major hurting on the shorts for the first time in months.

You have to expect some pullback but I think the shorts just won't have the confidence to hold their shorts very long after the pullback. They are definitely on the run for the first time in quite awhile.

Hi Fred -- the S&P 500 is now at its 50 dEMA

The NASDAQ is trading back around where it peaked in late July.

Hope that explains it.

Chris

Cashin was on saying, he sees no shorts in the market, shorting has stopped.

That, combined with the low put/call is bearish, IMO.

I guess everyone is long, gggg.

We could go higher.

Maybe.

Nahhhh.

Hee hee.

We'll see.
