subf - hang on a minute.The actual CALL costs are NOT cheap at all. All I was reffering to is the difficulty of getting a phoneand phone number. It is the easiest thing im the world. Evenm easier than buying a pound of tomatoes. As for the WSPs there are coinging it by gouging the entire public on voice and they probably don't want to do anything that will change that. Internet cuts out LD charges. They obviously won't like that. There are no LD charges in the US. Strategy protect the milk cow. No fancy stuff like extra services that Euro consumers don't even need.
