The rest of the PLMD story:

Interestingly, these disclosures come just over a week after PolyMedica CEO Steven Lee's unexpected resignation. As part of his departure package, Lee was indemnified by the company against several legal matters, including "the SEC inquiry and the investigations currently being conducted by the United States Attorneys for the Southern District of Florida and the Southern District of Illinois."

Indemnified against the SEC inquiry? The company disclosed in April that that inquiry had been closed. Why would they indemnify him against an inquiry that doesn't exist? Good question! And if Liberty says it's not the focus of the investigation in Illinois, why would Lee need to be indemnified against that? Equally good question! A Friday afternoon call to PolyMedica wasn't immediately returned.
