Estimating the SPX bear flag will touch the neckline at around 951 towards the end of August, the initial target for the drop off that wedge/flag would be around the 715-720 SPX level from eye-balling that chart. I imagine we could see that sometime late September or early October, assuming the flag breaks in the first couple of days of September.
