Elmer, I have a list of my own. Might I suggest the following additions to yours.

Bill Jackson
Neil Booth

The former has a drinking problem, and the latter just seems to like bashing more than contributing real information. Fortunately, the latter doesn't visit this thread much, but you'd save yourself some time and energy by making sure that both are ignored.
