"because Americans tend to pronounce those two the same way" - dybdahl

I don't, and neither do any Americans I know.

I do however pronounce dybdahl dubbed-all, is that correct?

The SI spellchecker accepts Linus as the first word in a post, but not in other positions.

The SI spell checker will accept ANY combination of letters as a first word in a post. It ASSUMES it to be what is called a "proper noun".

It's a programing thing that we programers consider pretty rudamentary logic.
