People who are far more educated that I in the art of war are opining that it is more likely than not that we won't invade until the weather is cooler, because the type of protective clothing that will be required is very hot. These same types, who are probably not better educated than I in the art of politics are opining that the administration will wait until after the election because they don't want to be accused of trying to get favorable public opinion on their side. To which I say snort. I have zero inside knowledge.
