Naw, Charlie he was too busy knawing on Clinton's underwear to realize that Arthur Anderson and Enron were shread happy. Kenny Boy and Bush plotted the US energy strategy and Cheney was plugged exactly right in and they need to clean up a lot of the trails before anything is moved into the courts. Now that the economy has gone south and Bush is losing votes by the microsecond the dysfunctional Administration is rapidly gearing up to create a big War to get election results. Too bad thousands of innocent people will die because of these war mongers a lot of them Americans
