> for a company to be a worthwhile investment for me it 1)does not need to have an "e" in P/E, what I want is cash flow positive, 2) I don't care if they expense options or not, 3) insider selling may or may not be a red flag depending on amt- SOME insider selling is perfectly normal imo. I'm also completely uninterested in dividends of any kind, or any company that pays dividends.

In that case BRCM is the place to be and is indeed a great investment! :)

No it isn't- first it is not cash flow positive, and there is TOO MUCH insider selling.

Also I think brcm is getting a premium for being "the" potential biggie in these wireless chips. But there are some strong startup companies out there like atheros who are in the same mkt. Brcm might be only the first mover and that is tough to hold on to.

Addi, you still holding JDSU?

And with reference to another of your favorites, MSFT, now that July 30 is over, how do you think MSFT will fare the rest of the yr?

Do you think MSFT will warn for Q4?
