Hi Elmat: I can't avoid seeing all those pictures of boat-people coming to shores of Italy, Spain, France, UK etc... At first glance they're just another boatload of social, unemployment, integration problems. Seen from the other side I would assume they're the best that Kurdish, Albanian etc societies have to offer - who else is able to scrounge together 2 or 3-year avge income to pay for the ride? Who else is ready or able to take the risk? It's much similar to who the AIDS virus is eating at in Africa - it's the agile, the movers (meaning not just the truckers), it's the fabric of the society. So... a high-school teacher out of Kenya doing morgue shift 7/365 in a bakery ("he's black, he can handle heat"). A gynecologist from Egypt driving a cab ("he talks english and he knows how to shift gears") etc >>A huge brain drain this one perpetrated by the US<< US, my foot. It's all of us this side of the invisible fence.

ElM, people are not property to be poached. The USA isn't perpetrating a poaching. You are obviously confused. The USSR people-as-property industry, where escapees were shot, ended last century. Of course, most governments - well, all actually, still treat people as their property, to be disposed of, controlled and manipulated like Mindless Zombies. The amazing thing is that most people actually are and like to be and insist that they are, Mindless Zombies. Subject 53236 We, the sheople, Zomby PS: I suppose the genetic engineers have already mixed up sheep and human genes and we are seeing the results. As happens to sheep, the sheople are being fleeced. They vote for it and so they get it. It's a bit like turkeys voting for an early Thanksgiving.
