Yup
I thought it was a rather good idea to give people a nice death, if they wanted it.

And I didn't see the big deal about eating people. Seems better than letting them rot, wasting valuable land to rot them in, or polluting the atmosphere by burning corpses.

I believe in the humanity of living bodies, but when bodies are dead, there is no longer any humanity there- for me.

Cosmic and I saw a really good documentary last night- it was called "Naked States". It is about an artist who went to all the contiguous states taking pictures of people nude, outside. And although I thought it would jsut be weird, it was actually touching, and beautiful. My favorite of his shots was an incredible picture he took at the burning man festival- with people in a zig zag- they don't actually look like people, they are more like people shaped tiles. It was absolutely lovely.

And some of the stories people told about why they showed up to pose (for free) were just so moving. It seemed to be a wonderful experience for most people. The least sympathetic people (ironically) were regular nudists- who came off as not very nice. They seemed to be the very worst people for the artist to work with- which Cosmic and I thought was funny.

Anyway- I highly recommend it. I am a documentary lover- but this one is very special.
