Gene, Here were the posts in question: Do you recall tony telling the site he was getting info from FBI agent regarding investigations into specific stocks for paying cash bribes? The he said this: You know all too well that tony told the site he was getting cash bribe stocks from FBI. Now do think it was just a question? I've said before that you folks can claim any meaning you want to any phrase that you used to use on the private site. But when Tony is indicted and in jail for allegedly bribing FBI agents for internal information, you cannot come to the public site and make the above posts. It's just too careless a usage of English. And since we have folks here with such an obsessive hatred for Tony, maybe it wasn't a careless usage of language at all. Cube
