How deep did you have to go for water? Mine is 270' with the pump at 160'.

West of me Mason County is 100' of sand with bedrock at 100' and water at 16'. They use point wells only going down 20'-25' which makes for a cheap well and easy pumping. The downside being any farm chemicals that are applied can be tasted in the water the next day and one of the highest cancer rates in the state.
