Your correct we cannot bomb Iraq. W senior blew it back then now we cannot invade another nation on a pretense of they might attack. However that being said time to lift weights. You know what that means. WE will spend big time on the military. THe peace dividend of Ronald Reagan was squandered by the CLinton give away of technology to our potential enemies. To bad
