Dell has an interesting approach to value for money. For example, they feature P4 chips. Similarly, they do things like remove 25% of the system's cost, then charge the same price as though they had included all the content that was paid for:

N-series PCs will cost the same as PCs that ship with Windows, a Dell representative said.

In both cases, you pay for 25% more than you receive.
