lol....this is what my son told me the last time he got a trim in LA a few weeks ago...amazing how accurate he barber/cab driver indicator is.

Excuse me? That's exactly the kind of shite that was happening in Feb-March 2000. Why does he think it has another year to go.

Along those lines, flipped on cable TV this am. No less than 3 channels were running shows SIMULTANEOUSLY pimping real estate scams (ie, "no money down" get rich quick stuff).
