Can you elaborate on what "add on Natural Gas" means?

I bought a dryer a bit ago the price at BBY was that for an electrical appliance so the price increases for a gas appliance. The area i live in most people have gas. Next the add on is delivery so this adds to the price.

Is this unique to your area or is it part of a general pattern that management chose in the past in order to exploit a circumstance that no longer exists?

Most of Los Angeles and the South Bay area is gas I feel many people due to the extent of use of gas do not think in terms of an electrical dryer so i would say it smart advertising because people do not think about the add on until they are ready to purchase the product.

Can you go into the meaning of "corporate on space service"? Do you mean the superfluous extra cost of service overlap?

Yes but there is nothing superfluous about it overhead becomes to high.

The same is true in consumer electronics. They aren't much better elsewhere, but when you have thin margins you can't afford to get or retain capable people. Another problem is that a lot of the employees don't speak English

The informed is not existent within the appliance dept as well as try to find a CD. In appliance i think there are other stores that can service you with knowledge i just don't know of any public ones maybe Lows.

English is another story it is stressed in other nations more than it is in ours. I have less difficulty understanding telesales people from India than i do those who are local though either has become just an aggravation to me. I am looking forward to when the law is implemented here and I will no longer be bothered by people attempting to sell to me over the phone.

From my perspective BBY in this area has too many stores and staff who are very lacking in product knowledge.
