Timba: In Washington metro market there are very few FSBOs, even though it is a sellers market. I would be interested in getting some discussion on this in private conversations. We certainly have interest in changing accounting policies in common. Tell me where will you propose that option related transactions be recorded in the COA (chart of accounts)?
