Sort of, although in Grubman's case there doesn't seem to be a voluntary admission that his ratings were intentionally deceptive. In Blodget's case, he volunteered to the Washington Post that he put "buys" on "pieces of <shit>" and despite that incriminating admission, his firm did nothing except praise the integrity and quality of his work.
