If we look at company stocks throughout the 1990's stockholders equity has been deteriorating relative to revenues and profits as the company management’s have been collecting and selling company stocks through options. Wonder how things like this can be proven that the Boards of Directors were not meeting their fiduciary responsibility. I am sure Lawyers with fight this in the courts during the next 10 years.
