In fairness to Henry and Nick, they did a great job in ginving their Ph.D employees many options, and minimizing the % of the co they had to give to the venture capital vultures.

BRCM's IPO should be a case study in how to enlist your innovative genious employees as company co-owners, and use the VC's for all they are worth !!

But now with the options expensing thing, it's hurting them.
