I ask only because it seems apparent to me that disarming Saddam now can be accomplished in a relatively sanitized way (relatively few American or Iraqi civilian deaths), while waiting, say, 5 years, would no doubt put at risk many, many Americans & Iraqi civilians. Sanitized? That's a good word. Many military experts have been on record saying that this would likely be a house to house fight and you call that sanitized. ?? These are the choices we're faced with. Says who? There is certainly not consensus on that. Al
