Junior (under Rove's orders) can't rile up the Republicans with abortion schemes until he pushes a few more right wing zealots into the federal judiciary. He is left with terrorising the American public with his war talk. If there is not a big scary issue on the agenda then people will take time to reflect on Bush and his agenda. As we all know, the more of Bush you look at the less there is to like.
