Hi, Fox - "...made me think; if the DMX website were to adopted the annimation medium, to explain its drug delivery technology, it would certainly provide a stimulating story of the potential of the company's prospects to prospective investors, not to mention prospective users of Pennsaids."

Yes, good idea. The DMX website could use improvement in many areas. Enough said...

"... based on the reported value of the transaction (note, I do not say 'sale') and the timing, I have a very strong hunch that this was a tax-driven deal, and that it has no relevance to us as shareholders..."

That was the conclusion of some, myself included. However, there is a persistent group of bashers who continue to refer to the sale of these shares: but like everyone else, are unable to point to such "sells", absent Acqua.

Yours is the obvious, reasonable conclusion: a transfer, to an unkown recipient, probably done to minimize tax consequences. As eagler27 pointed out many moons ago - there is a real possibility that RK has retained beneficial ownership.

Regards,

Jim
