What court exactly would that be? The court of public opinion or are you threatening me with a lawsuit for expressing my opinions of a public figure? I would love for someone to do some digging into the QQQ debacle, the UTEK, the BJGroup, the bobbrinker.com discussion boards, etc....in public. That would be terrific. You need some help Richard. You can't see through your own arguments. 1. Brimelow said that Bob made some kind of commentary a la Russell about the QQQs. That is a factual inaccuracy. Bob said to buy (Russell didn't) up to very specific %'s and to do so immediately for a very specific % increase. Russell didn't do anything of the sort so Brimelow is inaccurate. 2. Brimelow said that Bob is sweet on the QQQs. That is inaccurate. Sweet is a positive term and Bob is not positive on the QQQs. Even at these low prices, he is not suggesting buying them but simply waiting for a CB to offload them. How can that be construed as being sweet (that is, loving/liking them which is what sweet means) on them? If Brinker is "sweet" on the QQQs, what is he on GNMA's, in diabetic sugar shock? 3. Brimelow was factually inaccurate when he said that you should follow what Bob does and not what he says. Is he (and are you) saying that Bob tells his subscribers to do something and then he doesn't do it or does the opposite? That would make him lower than pond scum. Are you actually saying that? My argument is just the opposite. As made clear by the BJGroup memo, Bob did buy the QQQs for his customers so he did indeed "do" the QQQs. That makes Brimelow's comment inaccurate. ---- After all the arguments, after all this time you are now resorting to threatening posters you don't agree with? I thought that had ended with Pete from Stamford's hoping that another poster would get run over by a vehicle. I don't know why Brinker brings out such venom in his fans. It would be an interesting study in mass psychology and the power of the radio informercial. I think Brimelow is quite interested in Brinker and your lack of objectivity shows in your comments about him. This is his second article in less than one year. I think he could make Brinker into a cottage industry and he should write a book about it. <vbg>
