EV-v...in the news: Erin Ventures completes $125,000 financing Mon 19 Aug 2002 Mr. Blake Fallis reports Erin Ventures has completed its private placement of 500,000 units at 25 cents per unit for total proceeds of $125,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant; each share purchase warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of 35 cents per share if exercised by June 10, 2003. No finders' fees have been paid respecting this placement. The proceeds of this placement will be used for general working capital purposes.
