he, he likes to delegate remember? <g> but of course the democracy buck stops at the top... and when they are willing, in the other branches of gov, the 4th estate, and ultimately,,,,, so we are to believe, the people. 2nd question: they're waking up. a bit. better if the editorial had not come from out of town. i'm sure baker et al have been on the phone to the newspaper already <g>
