I like Reislings very much. I tend to prefer the Moselle region, and will grab an auslese at the right price, though a lot of times the spateleses will do nicely. I also like Tokai Aszu, 5 puttonos, which is very similar to a auslese or berenauslese, and definitely a dessert wine. I like beaujolais nouveau, as it very fruity, and sometimes other reds, but dry reds are not my favorite, either. I like white burgundy's, like Pouilly Fuisse or Pouilly Fume, which tend to be citrus-y but complex. I am very fond of Amontillado sherry, tawny port, and sercial madeira. However, I don't drink very often, so somtimes I go a year or more without drinking most of these things......
