The legal system has been aroused by Intel's BAPCO fraud operation, they know they have to be more careful, now.

The fraud perpetrated by the tobacco company's Tobacco Institute ultimately backfired on them, to the tune of 10's of Billions of dollars. Will the same thing happen with Intel's BAPCO operation?
