I'm dying to know what I missed. I thought our first string defense played great and the offense looked OK. I have the same concern I had last week. The 2nd team defense was weak and didn't play intense. That tells me that if we lose a starter on D we could see a real slip in overall defensive quality. The thing I liked is that the defensive line is SO deep that we may have to trade rather than cut some of these guys. I thought Favre looked good and would have looked better had it not been for a bunch of dropped passes. These receivers have got to adjust to his laser balls! Walker and Driver both dropped 2 balls that should have been caught. The worst thing in my mind from last night was that Favre played a full half of ball. I don't want him out there throwing that much this early. We don't need him having arm trouble later in the year

Did you notice the ball that Favre threw to Driver in the 2nd qtr. This thing was a rocket and it knocked the wind out of Driver as he caught it LOL. You could hear it and then you saw Favre walking forward laughing as Driver laid on the ground LOL! It was a riot!
