LOL!

You're talking facts. Facts don't compute with pinheads.

" the Dow had its worst year since 1981,..."

It appears you may be spreading erroneous data......

In 2000 the Dow dropped from 10,940 to 10,788, ie -1.38%
In 1981 the Dow dropped from 947 to 875, ie -7.6%

A larger drop was seen in 1987.
In 1987 the Dow dropped from 2158 to 1938, ie -10.1%, this would be when Bush Sr. was in office

Since W came in office, the Dow has dropped from 10,887 to
8,872, ie -18.5%.

If you look at Clinton's last year through Jan 20, 2001
the Dow dropped from 10,940 to 10,887, ie -0.48%
