This Dan Bartlett is Karen Hughes replacement. He looks like he is out of central casting and the way he responds is like direct mail or advertising. Reach and frequency, repeating the same phrases over and over.
Watch how many times they use the same sound bites regarding, Iraq, the economy, "this President", etc.

I haven't seen an original response since GW said that the "terrorist has misunderestimated us."
