Yes, bull horns are off for the time being. i'm still only 50% short here from the last couple days of moving in...and only in individual equities w/ weak bases and extended looking charts...no indexes.

i very well may cover the next few days if things look like they want to chop around sideways higher for the next couple weeks... and let the weeklies max out.

i am looking for retest of lows, and probably new lows by October / November.

I got a bad feeling

(that's a 43 degree angle of ascent on the 1995 trendline on the longterm chart from 1971, and a neckline that's already been tested 3 times)
