Yet I think it fair, in the search for a just resolution, that all the available facts be on the table, to promote greater racial and historical understanding. Fine. I hold the Federal Government as part and party to the travesties visited on Blacks in America for the last 150 years. Too many times, with a wink-wink or averted gaze, were the intense and continuing signs of institutionalized racism ignored. Intensive education and job training programs for an entire generation or two are fine with me. This discussion is Off Topic. --fl
