Well they must say that, heck Elaine garbagehelli, says it's a new bull and If she syas so well it must be right? afterall she got one thing right in the last 20years surely she's bound to be right again...anyways, the bond rally must end cuz that's the other half of the equation for this to be the bottom right...geez, why are they makin it sooo hard to decipher anyways.............
