everybody expects a bottom in october.....its like that every year.....

thats why the final bottom can't happen when its expected...

but it won't be expected in what is considered the prime time to be invested....nov- april.....

the retrace just happens to schedule the killing field in prime time next spring when most are clown long......

you can bet that one won't be advertised on t.v.....

well at nas 1000, you can be sure that the semi equips will be selling at the lowest point ever in terms of p/b, with no goodwill included and they all, the leaders, have much more backlog than at previous correction lows. I think comp 1000 gets you about as demonized as comp 800, frankly.

Hey: we will see. imo, anything can happen, and the bias is down. If intc goes back to a pe of 10 the sox will be around 150, i think. INTC can go to a pe of 10.

The re-trace chart appears perfectly suited to a September and October options ramp followed by a drop into the Nov. 7 turn date:
