Wld it not ALSO plausible "the same minds who cooked up the gold carry trade conspiracy to get the EMU launched" *have also cooked up an exit strategy?* And finally, since this was all conceived at Bretton Wood's Currency Accord by some 53 nations back in 1942, post WWII and signed off by same after about 8 months of work, why is it now getting so much "ink" as a nasty little conspiracy? 53 Nations signing off on the rebuild Europe post WWII with it's timeline stretching forward to 2003, is about as "conspiratorial" as it gets...especially since it was done so freaking publically and carried out so meticulously. The intricacies of such a financial agreement,/plan and implementation are about as conspiritorial as the blueprints to build a Boeing 767. Yes, one day, Mr. Phil Condit sat down with some engineers and decided to build an airplane using nothing but computerized designing, metal parts, and human hands to build.
