I somewhat disagree here. Almost all tech companies have repriced stock options, without any shame. So don't be surprised if NTAP also reprice the stock options with weighted average grant price being close to 10 or for that matter any price.

Note to self : I agree stock option grants motivate employees for more productive work, BUT , they can also be a reason / source for employee frustration / distraction resulting in less productive work.
