Actually, I have, McFlipFlop. One day, AMD is to blame for not coming out with a high clock speed CPU like the Pentium 4. The next, Intel is to be sued because "someone figured out MHz sells is actually false advertising."

Very good. You have learned well that Mhz isn't the best indication of chip performance. You have also learned that "Mhz sells" regardless of this. Why do you think those people brought a P4 in the first place? It's just that someone figured out that more is actually less.

In this case I'd say that he boxmakers are a bit more responsible of any lawsuit than Intel.

OTOH, I just have a thingy about lawsuits.
