You want to pay attention to p/c? How about open interest on QQQ for Sep and Oct. using the CBOE data, I get .85 for Sep and 1.54 for Oct. Not bearish that. I have not been following it that closely for a couple of weeks and I was surprised this morning by these figures.

I am using strikes from $15 to $30:
quote.cboe.com

For $15-$35 ($10 on either side), I get .76 for Sep.
